Meet Curt

Curt Clemens Jr is the Vice President & Co-Founder of Century 21 Clemens & Sons Realty Inc., a successful and well regarded family owned & operated real estate firm located in Central CT.

In 1992 Curt launched his real estate career following in his father's footsteps as a real estate agent for a local real estate company.  On August 14, 1994 Curt Jr & his father opened their first office. Today, they have grown to three locations serving all of Central CT.  Curt and his company have earned numerous Top Producer and Quality Service Awards over the past 22 years, including the CENTURY 21 CENTURION Award as one of the top 1% agents in the United States. He has been recognized by the Hartford Business Journal’s prestigious “40 under 40”.  He prides himself on hard work, honesty and loyalty. Curt's main role is the development and growth of the company with a strong focus on recruiting and training new agents.  Having been involved personally in thousands of successful transactions, Curt uses his real world experiences and extensive knowledge to train, guide, encourage, and assist his agents achieve their goals and long term success.

In addition, Curt manages the company’s REO and Relocation/Referral Departments.

He is a devoted family man, spending all his free time with his wife, son & daughter. He and his wife spend their time traveling to their children’s’ activities which include dance, gymnastics, hockey, lacrosse & baseball - to name a few. When not spectators they all enjoy skiing, golfing & spending time at the Connecticut shore.
